1971- Hairy Hauler

Check out this wild ride from Hot Wheels history – the Hairy Hauler! Released in 1971 as part of the Redlines series, this casting is one of the more unusual and imaginative designs from the early years. With its exaggerated "hairy" molded roof and bold engine exposed at the front, the Hairy Hauler truly stands out in any collection.

Designed by Larry Wood, the Hauler captured the playful and rebellious spirit of 70s custom car culture. It was only produced for a short time and originally came in several Spectraflame colors.

If you or anyone you know owns any of these vintage treasures, feel free to send a message!
